At least 3 killed by downpours in central Việt Nam
HÀ NỘI — Downpours and flooding in many parts of central Việt Nam in the last few days have killed at least three people and damaged dozens of thousands of houses, according to a report of the National Steering Co妹妹ittee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control released on Sunday.

More than 一 四,000 people in Quảng Bình, Quảng Trị, Thừa Thiên Huế, Quảng Ngãi, Đà Nẵng had been evacuated.
Downpours and floods also inundated train routes and roads.
